-Comparing with common bending machine, this acrylic bender is equipped with 2 heating lines, it can bend 2 angles in the meantime, so it generates double working efficiency.
-In addition to all the same functions as the common ABM-SB series bending machine, its biggest advantage is the back bending machine which can form 0 degree angle automatically with high precision.
-This machine is equipped with angle adjustment screws, both of the 2 angles formed by the back and front bender can be adjusted according to exact demand.
-The heating gap is adjustable, in general, it should be 3-4 times of the thickness of the workpiece. E.g. The thickness of the material is 20mm, the heating gap should be set in the range of 9-12mm.
-The distance between 2 heating lines is adjustable in the range of 230mm-550mm.
-Complete and perfect water cooling system, as well as built-in temperature sensor, when the water temperature in the pipeline is higher than 50℃, an alarm is automatically triggered.
