Application:
Suitable for all kinds of flat product printing, such as electronic circuit board, paper box, glass, board, metal plate, scutcheon and all kinds of plastic board, etc.
Do not recommend to use this machine for cloth, ribbons, sashes, paper, thin plastic sheets and other light materials. (These materials are too thin, after printing, the screen frame may stuck with the plate then mess up the printing result ).
Paper, thin plastic sheets and other lighter materials are recommended to use vacuum screen pallet ;
Cloth, ribbon, and other textile printing is recommended to use the wooden pallet with glue.
Character:
Printing head is micro adjustable in three-directions, it can be moved in 4 directions by moving the knob within 3/4 inch.
This machine is equipped with three gravity balance plates, which can be installed individually or together according to the request. The gravity balance plate can move forward and backward in 4 inch.
With the screws under the balance frame, the lifting angle and height of the screen frame can be adjusted as required.
Equipped with full set installation tools.
Note : screen frame is not included with this printer.
Micro adjustment operation:
Height adjustment: Place the screen frame flat on the platform. According to the substrate height or printing requirements, rotate the handle up & down to reach an appropriate height, then lock the height with the two rear positioning handles.
Left and right adjustment: loosen the handle on both sides of the press, and rotate the handle to move slightly left and right as required, after adjustment tighten both handles.
Back and forward adjustment: First, slightly loosen that four red knobs overhead the clamp, then loosen the metal knobs on both sides of the clamp and move front and rear as required. After adjusting, tighten the metal knobs and four red knobs on the top.
