This calca small exposure unit mainly used for exposure small screens, printing plate, hot stamping;exposing area is 46 x 32cm.
There are four 15W light tubes; the exposing area is 46 x 32cm; Adopt countdown timer to set the exposing time; the timer will automatically save and memory your set data.

Features:
1. There are four 15W light tubes(total power of light tubes 60W; spare part: one tube and a Ballast), it can normally be used for about 10, 000 hours.
2. The exposing area is 46*32cm

3. Equipped with 8mm Tempered glass plate, resistant to friction;the glass is broken, the glass shards are no sharp, to ensure the safety of operator
4. The timer can set the exposing time, after reach the exposing time, the machine automatically turns off the tubes
5. The timer have automatic memory function, set in once, whether the number of switch turn on or off, time will save
6. This machine equipped with 20*30*6cm sponge, used for press the film more closely, place a flat weight, improve the quantity of exposing
7. Equipped with shading cloth, cover the top of whole machine, block the UV damage to the operator

8. To ensure the transportation safety of tubes, all tubes are individually packaged in box, when install, remove the glass by sucker, insert the plugs on the two sides of tubes one by one, place the glass and use it

Special note:
Different brand of emulsion have different exposing time, the operator need to use the emulsion in this machine and confirm the best exposing time.

Methods of using the timer:

1. Before using, please press the "C" button to reset, the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing state.
2. Press the "hour" and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of the electrify time, the display shows "ON"
3. Press the "start/pause" button to start the countdown.
At first press the "C" button to remove the original set;Then press "minute" set to"5"; press "seconds" set to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, lamp open; After five minute 30 seconds countdown, plate burning machine tube closed.
This setting do not need to change, it is automatically saved.
when the machine starts again, the countdown is still 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
