1.Circulating clamping feeding system
With the mechanic-hand circulatory clamping feeding design, servo motor, high quality ball guide screw and straight guide way, it makes the feeding stable and doesn’t deform materials. Plus length coder and closed-loop control, it fabricates a perfect match for the workpieces from its original source files.
2.Material Guide Rollers
For the problems of existed deformations on materials, it is equipped the multiple guide rollers system which can be adjusted according to material thickness. It will guide the material before processing that makes the product quality improved.
3.Planer & Milling Bits,Two Tools Notching System
With the configuration of planer & milling bit, it adopts the planer for stainless steel galvanized sheets while the bigger angled alloy bit for aluminum material and aluminum plates.
4.Bending System with Two-type Alternative Bits
The two-type bits alternated bending system, it will use a corresponding bit automatically for bending as per the fabrication form inner and outer arc of the file. During changing, the opposite tool will be put back into bit chamber so that to avoid the bending tool touch the corners been cut. It is super good for small arc and small angled section forms. Comparing with similar machines, this one is capable to process section steel, and no need to change parts for both sheet and section steel materials.
