Description:
J-CUBE KP41 dispersed dye direct print inks are waterbased digital inks particularly designed to be used on printers equipped with Kyocera industrial print heads.
They have been meticulously developed by J-Lab to offer hagh quality performances on above mentioned printing heads. This is possible thanks to the innovative Cluster Technology, the exclusive system studied by J-Teck to encapsulate the pigment molecules allowing for a smooth passage through the printing heads with no alteration.
Substrates to be printed: Polyester & polyammid fabrics, mixed synthetic fabrics (min 60% of synthetic fibres). The image is directly printed on the fabric and then thermofixed by means of a press or calender or steamed with specific equipment.
Applications:
Flags requiring high light fastness, banners and soft-signage for visual communication, fabrics for clothing & fashion industry, fabrics for home & interior decoration.
